Elikem is an Investment Analyst at Sankofa, where he plays a pivotal role in identifying and evaluating promising startups that leverage technology to drive innovation and growth. He is deeply involved in the sourcing, structuring, and execution of various investment opportunities. Prior to joining Sankofa, Elikem gained valuable experience at Stratosphere, a boutique management consulting firm, where he worked as an Analyst. In this role, he assisted with research, business development, and analysis to support problem-solving initiatives. Additionally, as an Investment Analyst at Injaro, an African-focused private equity firm, Elikem supported the sourcing, structuring, and execution of various investment deals.

Elikem is also the founder of The Catalyst, an organization dedicated to supporting the growth of African students. Elikem holds a degree in BSc. Accounting from the University of Professional Studies, Accra, and is a certified Financial Modelling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) by the Corporate Finance Institute.
